UK mainland

All orders will either be sent by ROYAL MAIL TRACKED (2 to 3 days), or APC OVERNIGHT (next working day). APC require a signature upon delivery, if no one is available to sign then a card will be left so that you can contact the delivering depot to arrange another delivery or collect.

Scottish Highlands

(Postcodes: AB37 to 38, AB41 to 56, FK19 to 21, IV1 to 28, IV30 to 37, IV40, IV52 to 54, IV63, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 39, PA40, PH15 to 26, PH30 to 32, PH33, PH34 to 41, PH49 and PH50)

Orders up to 4kg will either be sent by ROYAL MAIL TRACKED, which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 4kg in total will require an additional carriage charge. This can be calculated at the shopping cart stage (shown above) by entering your postcode. If you are then not happy with the carriage charge, you will be able to cancel without inputting your details.

Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland

Channel Islands

Orders up to 12kg will be sent by ROYAL MAIL TRACKED which could take up to 5 working days. Orders over 12kg in total will require an additional carriage charge. This can be calculated at the shopping cart stage (shown above) by entering your postcode. If you are then not happy with the carriage charge, you will be able to cancel without inputting your details.

International

Our website cannot currently process International sales. We are working on this, and hope to offer International soon. In the meantime, please call our sales team on 01909 473749 where we can process your order over the phone.

Returns Information

Returns can only be accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods will be thoroughly checked upon return,  if items are not returned in as new, undamaged and unused condition, then no refund will be processed. To honour refunds of returned goods, returned goods must be returned with original packaging fully intact where applicable. This applies to items that are sold in genuine manufacture packaging. With this no longer in tact it is no longer sell-able, so therefore no return will be accepted and no refund will be issued.  To arrange a return, please contact us by phone or email from the business seller information below. If contact is received within 30 days we can arrange for the item to be collected (at your cost) or you can return through your own transport.
No refund will be given until we receive the item and have inspected it for use or damage.

Damaged Goods
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  You may be asked to Email Photos of the damage. No refund will be given until we receive the item and have inspected it for use.
On return if parts are damaged, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense.
If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order,  they can be returned to you with a charge for the cost of carriage and return costs if it was done at our cost.

Missing parts
If you have received a delivery which has parts missing, then again this needs to be reported within 48 hours of accepting delivery of goods.  We will send the missing as soon as possible at our cost.

Incompatibility
Not every item is compatible with every trailer and / or caravan. We do not know every item on every trailer on the market.  We may not know the trailer or caravan you are fitting the item to.
We do update / alter listings if and when we find out more information. It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out if an item is compatible.
If you purchase an item and it does not fit,  you can return that item at your own cost and it will be treated as a normal return where the refund will only be 80% of the value paid.
When purchasing if we have not put the information you require and you are unsure of whether a part is compatible, please contact us either by ebay message,  phone or email from the business seller information below. and we will do our best to advise you.
If an item is incompatible and has been advertised incorrectly or you have incorrect written advice either on ebay message or email,  we will organize collection and refund in full.
