Unbraked Trailer Suspension 4×4 Inch PCD Hubs

We keep a range of Unbraked Trailer Suspension 4×4 Inch PCD Hubs, which are available in different weights. A Grease Nipple is typical on most 4″ stud patterns, unless it is a Mini Wheel. Our suspension units come from manufacturers including Knott Avonride and Watson Jones.

We keep the following weights of suspension; 150kg, 250kg, 350kg, 550kg and 750kg. Once you trailer’s gross weight exceeds 750kg, by law you are required to have fully working Braked Suspension.

For mounting theses suspension units you will require a set of Mounting Plates – up to 550kg requires 6 hole mounting plates and 750kg units and above are on 8 hole mounting.

The unbraked trailer suspension units on this page complete with 4 inch hubs are available with a 1″ shaft or 7/8″ shaft. The 7/8 inch shaft is designed to be compatible with mini hubs that use 7/8″ bearings.

Standard shaft and extended shaft suspension is also available. This is to enable compatibility with wheels with varying offsets. Extended shaft suspension units are designed to be used in accordance with wheels with an offset measurement. Comparatively, standard shaft is designed for use with centre naïve wheels (ET0) or wheels with a smaller offset.

We also keep a range of P Series suspension units. These come complete with sealed bearings already fitted and hub already built onto the suspension units.
